Making major progress.

Things have sped up now that the weather is not a problem. The brick is scheduled to start on Monday, so hopefully the weather will hold for the next several weeks to allow them to get some good progress.

We drilled 5 geo-thermal wells which were each 185ft deep.

The rough plumbing inspection was passed. This week we have the HVAC and framing inspection to pass. The low voltage home automation and alarm system wiring was completed last week.

After all the inspections, we may start with spray foam later in the week. Drywall is next which should take no longer than two weeks to complete. Then we start painting and trim.
