Now That's A Fine Looking Poop Hole!!

I bet that title caught you off guard. We had our septic test holes dug and inspected today. They passed with flying colors. The inspector said that this was some of the best soil composition he has inspected in the entire county. We just have a beautiful lot. It sounds like the lot next to us has sold as well and they have a daughter that is 2 years old. We also started to picture house placement on our lot today with our builder Vince and it looks like this is just going to be a wonderful home. We are really excited.

Well It's Official!

We have just purchased our lot for our next house. It is an absolutely stunning 2 1/4 acre lot with lots of trees, some nice meadow areas and a fantastic stream running along the back edge. It is just an incredible property. The subdivision will only have 7-10 homes built in total.

Its Been A Long Time.

Here is a little update for everyone. We are starting to slowly get settled and get things put away only to start building and moving as soon as possible. I am hoping to get more pictures published.
